1. About Instantdlx

Instantdlx is a digital subscription platform that provides users in Botswana with access to premium content including yoga and fitness video lessons, movies, and mobile games. The Service is owned and operated by Optintent, registered in The Netherlands.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. User Accounts

To access our content, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with others.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Instantdlx operates on a recurring subscription model.
• Subscription fees and billing cycles are disclosed at the time of sign-up.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

5. Content Access & Usage

All content available on Instantdlx is the intellectual property of Instantdlx or its content partners and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content.
• Share your login to allow multiple users access.
• Use software to download or record content for offline use unless explicitly allowed.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content on the platform are owned by or licensed to Instantdlx. Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights to use them without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that harms Instantdlx or other users.
